Refined Movement: Props, Modifications & Control

SUNday april 19th pm 11:30AM - 1:00pm

Meet your new obsession: props. Small but mighty, these tools bring the heat, the shake, and the kind of muscle fatigue that lets you know it’s working. Expect a mix of added resistance, sneaky support, and serious core connection as you explore new ways to challenge your body.

From magic circles to booty bands, weighted bars to hand weights, every piece is designed to level up your workout and keep things anything but boring. You’ll also learn how to use props to modify movements, support injuries, and move in a way that actually feels good for your body.

Some moments will feel supportive, others will humble you real quick… we love both for you.
