Burn Lite
Foundations for the Fire
Your launchpad to athletic reformer. This fundamentals-focused class hones the essential movements, cues, and muscle recruitment needed to confidently crush a full BURN class. Expect a controlled pace with focused instruction that builds stronger form, sharper transitions, and deeper core activation — without sacrificing challenge.
Perfect for those with prior reformer experience who want to refine technique and progress with power and control. (Not recommended as a first-ever pilates class.)

FUSION
Reformer Meets HIIT
Experience the best of both worlds in FUSION, where the precision of Reformer Pilates meets the intensity of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Alternate between controlled Pilates movements and dynamic cardio bursts for a comprehensive, full-body workout that keeps you energized and engaged.
Expect to spend roughly 50% of the class on the reformer and 50% on the mat.
