This is your launchpad. to athletic reformer. This fundamentals-focused class breaks down the essential movements, cues, and techniques you’ll need to confidently crush a full BURN class.

Expect a slower pace, focused instruction, and plenty of support as you build strength, control, and body awareness. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their form before leveling up.

FUSION

Reformer Meets HIIT

Experience the best of both worlds in FUSION, where the precision of Reformer Pilates meets the intensity of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Alternate between controlled Pilates movements and dynamic cardio bursts for a comprehensive, full-body workout that keeps you energized and engaged.

Expect to spend roughly 50% of the class on the reformer and 50% on the mat.
